And switching to vegetables one day per week cuts the equivalent of driving 1160 miles per year." - Science NewsMy interpretation is not that eating locally is unimportant.; but a dietary shift to complement that lifestyle choice could further reduce an average household's GHG emissions.

The humble lotta
